I'll say it.....Manny Pacquiao didn't duck random testing.....he just turned down a b.s. request that would have been inaffective in finding PED's anyway. The only thing that test would have been good for is disrupting Pac's training camp and Im glad Team Pac, Roach and Arum weren't having any of it.
