Naah Vitali beats Foreman and Massacres Holmes. The thing about Foreman is that he has stamina problems and doesnt have the boxing IQ to compete with Vitali. Vitali is one of the smartest HW's of all time IMO and he will just drag the fight into the later rounds and pick Foreman apart.

Also Vitali has a granite chin and I have never seen him hurt in a fight. When his eye was destroyed, he was catching flush devastating right hands from lennox, and was still standing like it was nothing. As for Holmes, Vitali will not only beat him all five times, but stop him in almost all of those fights.
