way better than a poster named sicario (a drug addict, he's a bad example) who posted a video of him boxing and it was embarrassing lol! do not look at his videos or follow his advice... he abuses drugs constantly and you know that's very bad for you! just stay off drugs, keep practicing hard and you'll get far bro. green k!!
