Man, I think it goes beyond Pacquiao's ability to speak English correctly. I think the guy isn't that smart intellectually. You can clearly see it in many of his interviews. If he had any sense, he never would have used the excuses that he was afraid of needles or that two weeks wasn't long enough to recover from a small sample of blood being taken. He's clearly put him self where he is. And you are dead on about the move Mayweather made to use the super bowl as a stage to get the truth out there. That was very smart. Manny will be forced to submit to testing because of all the talk. I'm sure he will get sick of every reporter or interviewer asking him why he didn't just take the test. He will know he's the one being blamed by that question being repeated over and over. Either he submits or lives in shame. Actually it might not be so bad for him in his country because none of them want to believe he's guilty of anything. All these years they thought they as a race were worthy to compete with any race physically, but now they are being told it was because he is on steroids. There's no way they will want to ever believe it and thats why *******s are going nuts with this whole thing. I think most of them are little pino's in denial. lol

That's dead on right there. Pacquiao only got up to a 6th grade education and became a 4weight division world champion before getting his GED.

People in the media dont wanna point that out however because it would go against Pacquiao's hero image. Otherwise his point of view on the situation suddenly becomes very understandable.
