    If Paul Williams stepped up and faced real name fighers would he be Top5 p4p?

    if he decided to challenge fighters higher than mid-tier (martinez, quintana) etc, would he be higher up in the pound for pound lists?

                  Williams has been fighting Top tier opponents.

                  Win over Margarito which Cotto could not do.

                  Martinez was considered the best 154lber in the world and Williams beat him.

                    The only thing I criticize Williams for is not having the rubber match with Quintana and the rematch with Margarito. He neglected those fights to hunt for bigger pay days.
