Well Lil Wayne isn't much of a **** talker, and to a lot of people he has no lyrical skill. I don't think anyone, including Pacquiao fanboys would say that Floyd has no boxing skills.

But aside from that, yeah they have some similar qualities.

so i guess it just depends on who you like better
