They did more than persuade. After the negotiations were called off GBP released a statement saying that Mayweather and all GBP fighters would partake in random drug testing for all their fights going forward. To date not 1 gbp fighter has yet to submit to any random test whatsoever.

Which really begs the question, do they really believe in what they were saying during the May/Pac negotiations or they were just trying to support a client that was trying to wiggle out of a fight with Pac?

Even those folks Atlas and Kenny (known Pac haters), who's on record supporting Floyd for his janitorial ambitions, haven't done anything and seem to be content seeing their boxers in their Friday night show battle it out without any attempt at PED testing. I'm wondering what they are waiting for. No doubt this PED testing saga had produced a lot of great hypocrites around. It's all talk.

again, they never said that. they said that pac would have to do that against any GBP fighter because they suspect him.
