At first I thought that was the case but it's not so true, Floyd have been mentioning about Pacquiao lately whether they ask him or not. He's trying to make it seems like he's the nice one for trying to clean up the sport and Pacquiao is the bad one for ducking the blood test. I think Floyd is just very jealous of Pacquiao sucess and he's mad that there's nothing he can do about it.

Someone already mentioned that Floyd's conscience is killing him. That the fight didn't happen, which he knows it's the fight the public has been clamoring for. Whether or not it was Pacquiao to blame, he knows he's just as liable. In short, some guilt is starting to sting. I also think he's trying to convince everyone that Pac has to give in because he's the one that's really on top. That Pac has to realize that he needs him more than Floyd does.
