Heavyweight title fights - weigh-in 2 days before

other title fights - weigh-in the day before

non-title, like Tito v Winky, they can weigh in any time within 48 hours of the fight, it depends on what the fighters and promoters choose to do.... if the promoter chooses Saturday morning and the fighters sign for it, then it's legit.... I have a feeling Winky's team wanted Tito to weigh in the same day of the fight, to avoid a huge weight differential, because Tito gains a lot of weight between weign-in and fight time
