Valuev should be thanking his lucky stars for a title shot and $2 million. Where is he ever going to get a chance like this again? If it's Don King that is holding out he is screwing Valuev as well as K-2. Valuev needs to tell King to screw off and take this offer.

I agree: I'd love to see this fight to see Vitali really do what Haye only said he do: topple the giant.

Valuev is not worth 4 million.

What speaks FOR this fight?

a) Get Valuev out of the picture permanently, so that Haye cannot hide behind "Valuev - Haye II"
b) Defeat Valuev FAR mor convincingly than Haye. Perhaps even KD the giant. That could be a history win.
c) Not many other options out there besides Thompson, Solis, and Boytsov. But the youngsters should not fight Vitali at this stage of their carreer.
d) Valuev is the name many recognize over here in Germany. He is not liked, but his name is known, and he is the one many want to be defeated. Thus: big money with this fight.

Don King knows all this. The 4 mill. are "retirement money" for Valuev and King. If Vitali dismantles Valuev, the giant will not be able to get well-paid fights veer again.

So, Vitali: Offer som 2.5 or 3.0 mill USD, and get Don King back to the table. This is the most meaningful fight for Vitali. Besides Haye, of course.
