Barrera was past prime. Jim Lampley said so in the Cotto-Pacquiao fight and I agree with him.

Hatton got his ass handed to him by Mayweather and was mentally shot after that.

Cotto had to weigh in at 145 and let's be honest after Margarito he is not been the same.
