You guys still talking about this?Who cares really?The man did the crime and did the time.He's not perfect like you armchair heroes.

It's easy to talk on a forum when 90% of you guys in that situation would have tried one way or another to get into the girl's pantsthat night.

Not saying it's cool,it's not it just is what it is.I'm not Puertorican,never cared much for Morel altough always thought he was a good fighter before and after prison but you gotta admire him coming back and turning it around.
That being said I think and hope Penalosa will beat him.

I dont know where you are from but most 15 year olds these days are more mature and know more about life etc... than 25 year olds 30 years ago... The world is changing... 15 year olds arent babies anymore... We arent talking about 10 yo... we are talking about a young woman that lied about her age... had sex with and older man and then blamed him for everything when that wouldve have never happened if she didnt lie about her age to get in the bar in the first place... He made a mistake and paid for it, its over... hope she learned something out of this experience.

Its not cool what he did but I just have a hard time believing all of that stuff could happen even drunk and she would be "asleep" the whole time.

Most ppl wake up if someone opens their bed room door, forget about some guy on top of her having his way with her.

Its too far fetched, and I think the judge saw it that way and this is why his punishment was relatively light.

You can easily take advantage of a teenager.

Why do you think we have laws protecting them? We have laws because they're not mature and their brain is still developing as they get older.

You can't be serious if you think a 15 year old is more mature than a 30 year old.
