Actually, based on the wordage, there is a difference. If you say some of the annoying Mexicans, you're implying that all Mexicans are annoying and some of them do this or say that or whatever.

Whereas the some Puerto Ricans posters do this or that... is only mentioning a select few of the posters that are Rican.

I don't think you meant for it to come off that way, I think you just meant some Mexican posters are annoying and they.. blah blah. But, with the wya you worded it, there is a slight difference.
