So let me get the straight. The victim was with a friend at the time she, a 15 year old girl, went in a bar and met Morel. Where the hell did the friend go when dhe was passed out?

Defending this guy is ridiculous. He got off very lightly considering what he did. But the girl wasn't doing herself any favors by going into a bar pretending to be of legal age. I'm not saying she deserved to be ****d because she certainly didn't, but when you take those types of risks, you are asking for a lot of trouble and she had to learn her lesson the hard way unfortunately.
