Why do *******s and pac's team try and make "The Commission" seem perfect?

I have also seen Pac, Roach, and Arum saying that Mayweather needs to leave everything up to the commission.

Do they forget that "The Commission" is not so perfect? Commissions all around the US have ****ed up. Do you guys have any idea how many times there have been fighters in the ring that are on performance enhancing drugs but the commissions dont catch them? Illegal hand wraps have gotten past the commission. How many robberies have they allowed?
