To stay disciplined and in shape all these years, pretty much stays at his fighting weight year round. As I get older I'll think of Hopkins as I stay in shape and hopefully still be in great shape at his age.

Agreed.He serves as a great example to everyone. The man at the age of 45 has kept himself in incredible physical shape.
