I like Forrest by close decision in this fantasy matchup. Good boxer with a very good jab and power in that right hand....he'd present a bad style for Cotto. He was all wrong for a lot of guys though.

I think Cotto would survive a couple of rough spots and would see the distance. He'd also have his moments but Forrest would hold on to score the decision victory.
