theres No proof of Him On it. I dunno why people keep accusing him of it. Fraud Mayweather accused Him of it and thats when the rumors started. But in reality pacquio didnt need to take the test. If the Boxing commision said it was mandatory then yea he wouldnt have much of a choice. But it was the quote On quote "mayweather commision" who demanded the test.
