i don't think it is so much about any disadvantage but more so the fact that laurence cole is one of the most inept referees in the game.and imo he shouldn't be refereeing neighborhood gym boxing, much less a fight of this caliber.

He did ok in the valero-demarco fight.

I don't remember him too much after that so I can't really form an opinion. All I know is I would always feel the most comfortable with Bayless or Smoger.

Ref won't matter. Clottey don't throw enough. Pac wins a clear decision. No help needed from any refs or judges.
