              jo el scott
Scott was convicted of murder for an incident in 2004 in Albany's South End. [3] According to the New Nation News, Scott was discovered "standing over the body of a 59-year-old woman when they arrived at the scene, police said. As she did almost every day, Dorothy Royal collected bottles and cans. Royal was beaten and sexually assaulted by a former boxing heavyweight contender, Jo-el Scott. He has been charged with her murder. Scott, a convicted rapist who prosecutors contend was high on crack ******* following an all-night binge, allegedly grabbed Royal and began pummeling her, breaking bones in her face as he sodomized her on the ground.

No man. Go to any boxing gym and you'll find a lot of psycho's boxing and involved around the sport in general. The game is just full of ****ed up individuals.

Not only that but most of the guys that get into boxing do so for a reason. It is either that they were beaten up as children, whether it be from their parents, peers, society/culture, or they grow up in abject poverty of some sort, or they have a violent streak and boxing is the perfect way to indulge that while making cash and becoming famous.....They fall into the gang life, they fall into crime, they go through jail, drugs, etc etc etc and see boxing as a way out of a life that is still connected to their normal way of life (ie is still something that they know how to handle, which is violence, greed and corruption), or the life that they have known.

A lot of the time, in a slightly more normal working class environment, it is the guys that have fought their way through life, literally, and have done very well doing that that someone, whether it be his mates or someone more respected, suggests getting into boxing and trying to live the life that way. There are so many avenues involved in the sport from the lowest path to the highest that everyone from that walk of life can get somewhere if in the right place but the majority of them are ****ed up people.

It is the sport for psychos. Full stop. In a way, you have to be psycho just to get in the ring and fight. You have to be willing to hurt someone a lot, or at least more than they can possibly hurt you, and you have to willing to take some harsh pain too.

                    he was a psycho too.
Well known heavyweight Clifford Etienne was arrested Wednesday in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on charges of armed robbery, kidnapping and the attempted murder of a police officer. Etienne allegedly robbed a local business, car-jacked a vehicle containing a woman and her children, then pulled a gun on police officers. He is being held in East Baton Rouge Parish Prison with a $70,000 bond.
