I'm not an insider, but I seriously doubt Williams ability to make 147. If he can, he must have the skinniest chicken legs ever under those baggy trunks. The Cintron fight is the best one he can make now at 147 or 154.

the only reason why pac didnt fight foreman is because he still have unfinished business in 147lbs if he fought foreman. mayweather will used it as excuse to fight him at 154 lbs. we all know it puts a lot of stress in your body if you keep going up and down the weight class. pac cited the height as a reason so he could turn the fight down graciously without embarrassing foreman. you really dont think foreman could hang with the pacman dont you.
