Unfortunately it's looking like it. I'm kind of wondering why it's taken so long to come to light - it's not as if the Arum/Oscar rivalry is a new phenomena and I would've thought Bob might've brought it up during the height of the Pacquiao testing controversy to really put Golden Boy on the backfoot rather than waiting until it's all cooled down. But then maybe Bob realises he hardly comes out of this smelling like roses and has been forced to take the offensive to distance himself from Oscar and stop Hauser from incriminating him too.

All in all Oscar's silence is deafening and just as with Pacquiao with the testing, you'd be naive not to take his reluctancy to sign the waiver as a clear cause for su****ion.
