what Roger doesnt know is that Pre-margarito`s cotto outboxed mosley because he hits lot harder than mayweather! also forrest was a power puncher!!!! Timing and distance is more important. Why wouldn't the great former world champion Black Mamba know that Cotto punches harder? Floyd has the speed to get in and out against Winky. Winky wouldn't be able to sit back and pick his shots because unlike Shane Floyd would attack from different angles and force Winky to attack more which is out of his character. A new trainer (especially at the end of a fighter's career) can not help you out think a great thinker from the corner. What do you think will happen while Shane is waiting to get instructions from his corner between rounds?

Shane can use more than just a jab to beat Floyd. Floyd will have to use a good jab to beat Mosley but once Shane starts to counter Floyd's jab with his overhand right, Floyd wont be throwing too many jabs. This fight will come down to HUNGER. Shane is naturally bigger, stronger, just as fast and just as skilled. Floyd is fighting for money, Shane is hungry just to whip Floyds ass. This fight will make Shane an all time great top 10. Throw out the jabs, the smarts, the skills etc. They both are smart well skilled fighters. What seperates them is the hunger and the desire that Shane has to prove that he is the best. Floyd will get paid, Shane will get the win..

shane himself knows he is not as skilled as floyd. shane has a punchers chance but thats it. he cannot match floyds boxing pedigree. but shane knows this. as he said in ring mag "i need a few more fights before i face floyd" but this ultimatly helps shane IMO

I can tell that you are a better poster than that. I don't know why you would equate how someone fights in a Boxing ring to how the interact in everyday life to begin with.

There have been so many athletes in different sports that would have genius level IQ in their sport, but just weren't good with money. I don't know how you can equate them not being good with money, to them not being smart in performing at their own sport. But if you want to pick straws be my guest.
