I REALLY DISAGREE WITH BERTO fightig a weak opponent again. Hes a champion and he needs to step up and fight someone with skills. Doesnt he have a mandatory contender to fight. Zab Judah or Margarito, Williams are all viable contenders for a champion. Its time for him to step up.

Any of those guys would be good! It would be a great way for Brook or Senchenko to establish themselves.

Williams or Margarito would be interesting matchups for Berto.

But no, Ross Greenburg and HBO will look into the smaller weight divisions like lightweight or light welterweight for Berto's next opponent. Perhaps they'll have him fight Katsidis. They should match Berto with other top 10-15 welterweights, but they'll keep on protecting him.
