that's the greatest action fight i have ever seen. better than corrales castillo imo. they dont get a lot of play because they are lower weight asian fighters not american. but as far as 2 way action this is the best fight i have ever seen.

            I agree with TS.
Mahyar Monshipour has great heart, IMO he's the best french fighter of his generation after Mormeck. Limited skills but unlimited courage and desire.

(Monshipour is an iranian who represents France.)

It was certainly one of the best fights of the decade. It's right up there with Vazquez-Marquez III, Barrera-Morales I, and Corrales-Castillo I.

Both are still fighting as far as I know. Monshipour dropped a split decision to Anselmo Moreno and I think Sithchatchawal is fighting domestically in Thailand. The last fight of his I saw was against Poonsawat, and he looked past it.

yeah that was a hell of a fight, another reason that fight's not brought up as much is it's a nightmare trying to spell their names

One of the greatest fights I've ever seen. I was in awe of every round, but upto the 7th/8th round, the joy was slowly turning into a nail-biting worry. Both men were recieving way too much punishment, with no regard to defense.

I thought Sithchatchawal was going to be halted due to the constant headshots he was absorbing through Monshipour's relentless attacks but he in turn ignored the punishing blows his body was taking through the Thai's crisp shots.

The fight was stopped at about the right moment, and both men were clearly never gonna be the same. The fight deserved every praise it has recieved since.
