If you consider a one-sided ass whooping that is basically over before they ever step in the ring more exciting than a fight which may be more tactical but is an actual challenge to both fighters-- then I guess I see your point.

I think you're really underestimating Mosley's chances here, he's still fast and he's still intelligent. He will challenge Floyd.

I love Joshua Clottey, but I was at MSG for his Cotto fight and he basically gave it away with inactivity. No one would love to see him upset Pacquiao more than me, but I just don't see it happening. I can't get excited by a fight when the outcome seems like a forgone conclusion.

I can almost guarantee you that this will be a boring fight with Mayweather outboxing Mosley and Mosley desperately following him and trying to land that one punch. I don't see Mosley winning this fight as much as I would love to see that , he's just too old. The only reason for his success against Margarito was Margarito being a standing target and allowing Shane to hold him and tire him out , (not to mention the handwrap issues , weight issues , etc....) but no excuses he won that fight and I give him props for that. I don't think Mayweather will stand in front of him like that and I actually do think Mayweather will be able to land his shots and get out because Mosley is always stationary and I just don't think he has that one punch knock out power! Decision win for Mayweather!

Now Pacquiao vs Clottey is very exciting.
We have Pacquiao who is the pound for pound fighter against Clottey who is always ready to fight and always gives a great fight. We have two prideful fighters who are willing to trade punches in the middle of the ring and give it their all for their country! This is a must see fight! not Mayweather vs the old man Mosley!
Bob Arum should hire you are his marketing rep!

With the combined hand speed between Mosley and Mayweather I think it will be a better fight than expected. Also it's a more important and more intriguing fight than Pac-Clottey. Then Arum talks about Pac-Margarito after. Great, more of the same type fighters. Exciting fights, yes, but why is that all that matters? As a boxing fan I get hyped for good matchups and impactful matchups. Pac-Clottey is neither IMO. Pac will be too fast for Clottey and Joshua doesn't have the volume of punches to win a decision.

I'll put it this way, I will order Mayweather-Mosley, and I will not be ordering Pac-Clottey.

Honestly, as a boxing fan, they will both be exciting and intriguing to me.

Two offensive oriented fighters going against two defensive oriented fighters.

Personally I want to see Pac Mosley, the two offensive oriented fighters !
