Floyd Mayweather but because of Pac he now lost that award. Well at least that's what Floyd see it in his eyes and that's why he's hella jealous of Pac.

me may not even get it coz remember he had a two year hiatus, and was only active fightin better opponents in the early part of his career, that was when he was the one chasin for bigger pay.....

but, when he was the one being chased, he suddenly stopped fightin the percieved competitive fight for him.
