Pacquiao has NEVER said I won't fight this guy or that guy because he has losses, or he isn't good enough to be in the ring because he lacks this or that. Stop talking and PROVE IT! So hard for you guys to understand.
What does this have to do with Manny Pac? He wasn't mentioned one time in this thread before you mentioned him.

On the subject, Floyd sparks Cotto, 140-147 any day of the weak. He doesn't have to footwork necessary to compete.

I think Forrest had the tools to beat Floyd, namely power since he's much bigger. Winky-Floyd wouldn't be as competitive as Forrest-Mayweather. Winky doesn't use his power well, and he hides behind that guard. For some reason I can't shake the feeling that he fought smaller than his actual size. It'll be a case of Floyd darting in and out on him.

I'd like to explain all of these in more detail, but I gotta dart off to class in 10 minutes.

That is fine... Is all opinion based anyways... is not a fact that he is between 25-30... so there is no way you are wrong in this matter cuz is your opinion... unless you're saying is a fact that he is between 25-30, which is wrong cuz there is no way you can really know... However, I would still like to see your top 30 list... just to see where exactly he lands, who is ahead of him and who did not make the list...

Oh and by the was I do have Pac ahead of Hagler in the greater Southpaw... He is #2 on my list, Whitaker is the only one who I ranked ahead of him... I have Hagler outside my top 30, I have Pac in my top 30, and have Whitaker in my top 20, maybe as 15.... But, anyways show me your list.

That question at this point would be impossible to answer. Winky and Vernon were in there prime and very tough. Those guys were muh bigger than Floyd. Winky went on to fight Hopkins at 170. Vernon was fighting at 160 against Mora. Both those guys are naturally 30-40 lbs heavier than Floyd. Both would have been great fights. Floyd would make cotto look like a club fighter though.
