In most cases I would say it has to do with being stubborn, but in this case its a whole different story because he has been accused by not only the Mayweathers and Golden boy promotions, but by other professional fighters. If its one guy, it doesn't mean much. When its multiple people, it becomes a serious issue. If Manny was just being stubborn the smart thing to do would just take the test and put the whole steroid issue to rest. hats very important because Manny has accomplished a hell of a lot.
