he's a good fighter and he's coming up i nicely in boxing. i think he's being moved along at the right pace and is getting the experience he needs. i think it's going to be a matter of time before we start to see him more on better tv spots.
he's exciting and is an action fighter, kind of reminds me a of a young hopkins at times, when hopkins threw more punches per round.
alvarado has a good chance at making a name for himself, we'll see though, he still has to do it. i read somewhere on the net that he quit being a sparring partner for pacquiao because he was getting his ass handed to him, but later to find out that he didnt want get over worked and cut prior to a fight that eh was scheduled, not sure what is true, but it doesn't seem like a bad move to preserve yourself for your up coming fight and not give a **** about the guy you're sparring's fight...........
i'm eager to see what " Mile high Mike" is going to do with his career, as of right now, he has the makings to be a solid attraction...... i haven't seen a boring fight of his yet.
