    But homie you lost that fight.
    I feel the fight could have went either way. I felt like I lost as well and I was surprised when he lifted my hand up. I guess the judges liked my style more or somethign or maybe they gave me the fight cause I won the 2 first rounds.

    Funny thing is that he didn't beat me lol. I was the one who cost myself the fight by leaving those hands down and not sticking to my gameplan.

    After that first 8-count I should have just moved around and sticked to my jab, but I got mad and tried to dish it out with him and I had no energy left to do so.

      Take a look at the video and let me know what you guys think (I'm the one in the Gold). Thanks

      not bad for your first one. how long you been training? (saw you switch to southpaw briefly) sometimes you lunged with the right but it's good you built an early lead-- you don't see a lot of guys win after getting 2 standing 8's in the amateurs novice class. where you training out of?

        You looked like stronger guy,but he landed more cleaner shots.

        But anyway you can fight good.

          You look good bro, just a couple things:

          1. Like everyone else has said, keep them hands up. Once you got in the pocket you were easy to hit. Check 1:10 of the video when he lands that counter right. Also move your head a little when you're in the pocket.

          2. Plant your feet better with your punches, I think you'll land much more flush and accurate. A few times you can see you got some speed, but your feet weren't in place like they should be.

          Overall though, takes guts to get in there in the 1st place and you look like you take it seriously. Just keep working, and good luck...you definitely got potential.

            I've been training for a while bro but on and off. I started boxing when I was 16. I trained about 6 months and quit. I started again when I was 18 and trained hard for about 3 months. Now I'm 19 and I've been training hard for these past 3 months.

            I train in John's gym in the bronx. Same gym where Joshua Clottey trains at.

              move your head; keep your hands up; jab more; & run more so you don't get tired next time;

              good stile though; great hand speed!

                      141 Shqipe.

                      I know man I could have just boxed him and won easily but there were a few family and friends watching and I wanted to give them a knockout. When I got caught the way I did in the 3rd round I felt horrible mainly because there were a lot of my friends watching and getting caught like that infront of a big crowd was somethign I always feared.
