    Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero, featherweight?

Does anyone think Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero is the real deal?He is fighting July 16, no opponent yet.I said this cause i think this kid is fighting in the wrong division. He is a featherweight yet he is 5'10, he is 15-0 with 8 kos, i have liked this kid since he came out, a slick southpaw, he has skills, hopefully he gets to fight for a world title against a big name.

Yes I saw him sometime back on showtime and I instantly liked him for some reason, he had good skills and good acuracy on his punches, I think he is the real deal, with some more experiance I think he is to big for anyone in the featherweight Division. He will be a champ in 2006.

In his last fight, he got hit alot by Adrian Valdez, who, lucky for Guerrero, had no power but a ton of heart...Valdez also was robbed against Bernard Dunne a few months before that, also on ShoBox.

The Ghost also hit Valdez a couple of times when he was down on seperate occasions...but he does seem to have nice skills and decent power. I'm interested in seeing him fight again.

He is a real contender, but there is work to be done if he is going to beat the best at 126.

Marquez would win every round against this guy.

I like him a lot. I think his power has improved dramatically since he started training with Joe Goosen, and with the right match-making he could beat the much smaller Juan Manuel Marquez up before next year. Just think how fun it could be if Juarez were to beat Chi for the WBC title and Guerrero were to win the BA and the IBF, and they were to unify sometime in the future. It would be very fun.

The Ghost is a bad mamma jamma, he's from my Pops neck of the woods down in Gilroy CA, the kid has massive power, reach, and height for a featherweight, he's been winning by KO in nearly every fight dating back to the amateur's (and KO's at featherweight in the amateur's are very rare), he has yet to fight a true power puncher so we'll see what he's made of once he does
