We all know Freddie Roach is pretty successful and has won Trainer of the year over and over, but apart from the Master himself, wish other trainer out there do you really like and think they deserve a lot of respect for their work ?

Me, I've always tought ****m Richardson was a great trainer and one that I would recommend to a lot of fighters. After his great strategies with BHop against Pavlik and Mosley's against Margaritto, my respect for him has grown even more.

If you watch the fighters these guy's train you will see consistent improvement and refinement. Its not always about having the best fighter that makes a great trainer. IMHO its the trainer who gets the best out of his fighter and I think these guys definitely in that category.

I rate ****m Richardson higher than Roach. ****m Richardson gets his fighters ready and prepared and does not cherry pick opponents and insist on weird weights for them etc like Roach does.

He trained JM Marquez to expose Pacquiao twice. Roach's gameplan failed x2.

Naazim Richardson. I just read an interview from him and he seems really well grounded.

I would like to say Roger or Floyd Sr. but most of the credit goes to Floyd Jr for his training. I am not a big fan of Freddie Roach. He is a good trainer but I think he maybe overrated. Just my opinion.
