Damn, this would be a helluva fight. You don't walk to punchers and Bradley could find that out in the worst way...

They won't put Valero in with Tim. Tim is the ultimate. Willing to fight anyone and fight them anywhere. If the fight did happen I would be very excited for it.

Is Bradley is so bad . . .

If Bradley is so bad . . why he dont unify his division. today fighter are cowards and pusisies, unable to do what few bold are willing to do that is UNIFY , nobody can call themselves the best without fighting the co - champs. In every major sport like NBA , MLB , NFL champions compete with the other champions to know what the real champion is , Saint NFC champs play againgst Colts AFC champs to show what the real champion is. The Saints are the real champions of the NFL, but today in boxing who the real champion really is?

              This is BULL****!

The WBC lightweight championship is now vacant. Reigning world champion Edwin Valero (27-0, 27 KOs) has been designated as a “champion in recess,” due to a severe cut on his forehead which will keep him out of the ring for some time, as well as Valero’s desire to test the waters in the super lightweight division. WBC President Jose Sulaiman said today...In the meantime, to not freeze the title, the WBC will determine an opponent for Humberto Soto, who will fight for the 135lb green belt after a vote by the WBC Board of Governors is held....

¿Since when is there such a thing as "champion in recess"?...That leech Sulaiman just wants to keep racking up money with the sanctioning fees & what better way than to have one of his fellow Mexican's(Humberto "La Zorrita" Soto) hold the title(since the other Mexican DeMarco wasn't able to do it)& when Valero returns then he has to fight Soto & skip who ever was next in line for the title, like Anthony Peterson(#1 contender)..If that's the case then ¿Why doesn't Sulaiman make Peterson & Soto fight?..& then the winner get's Valero when he comes back..

                Bad Choice

This is a mistake for Valero. Bradley is a seasoned Champ. He's going to erase valero from the scene.

Bradley is a throw back. Willing to fight anybody, anytime. My favorite quote from Bradley was in regards to a fight with Floyd jr, and the whole Drug testing controversy. He said" "I'll take a urine test, a blood test, Ill even take the SAT's if it means floyd will see me in the ring. My name is Timothy Bradley, not Milton Bradley. I'm not playing games!" LOL

Fighting in Mexico benefits a puncher, like Valero. In Mexico, aggression is prized and excitement is demanded. I've seen referees stop the fight and tell the fighter that he wasn't getting paid if he didn't stop boxing and start fighting. Bradley's skills could be hampered.
