Dude that is total ****ing bull****. Berto just lost a lot of family members he should take a break to resettle his life. Berto would fight any welter anybody with a brain knows that, he's very anxious to prove himself in the elite tier of the welters. If you lost 8 family members and had many other seriously injured you know you wouldn't be able to do a lot of things you do normally...stop being such an asswipe and give the man a break.

But make no mistake, he gets beaten easily by any top welterweight, he's just not a very good fighter.

Berto pulling out of the Shane fight for whatever reason doesn't bother me!!The thing that is annoying is,him fighting Paulie!!He's a welterweight champ & he's got some unfinished business to handle with Collazo!!

i agree berto should be fighting wws zab judah collazo or quintana if he can go back down to 147 would all be good fights. if he is going to fight anothe jr ww at least he should fight a guy like bradley who has a little pop and would make for a decent fight i dont see how paulie malignaggi can win he doesnt have the power to hurt berto. i agree with the ts on everything except for calling berto a coward he is a guy who fights for a living and has fought collazo and was scheduled to fight mosley he deserves respect and to not be called a coward even if we disagree with his teams choice of opponent

I agree he should fight a welterweight, but you say it as if it's not the first time he's done this before.

The fact that the Shane fight was signed and sealed before the unfortunate circumstances makes this thread a lot less necessary.
