Valero losing blood made him stronger!

Didn't it seem like after Valero got that deep cut, with blood pouring out of it like a running faucet, that it somehow made him even stronger and more of a beast?

Usually when guys get cut they become apprehensive, but Valero turned into a beast. It reminded me of the old genesis game "Altered Beast". Could someone Photoshop Valero's head on him.

Yes, the blood pouring out turned him into a hungry beast!

No, the blood loss affected him mentally negatively.

It's called bloodlust, as soon as Valero gets a taste of flood he goes into a frenzy that unleashes all of his primal insticts to hunt for more blood and destroy his opponents.

That makes perfect sense about a true Warrior such as Edwin Valero. The primal cave-man beast who loves the sight of blood.

He certainly doesn't seem to the type of guy who would complain about a teaspoon of blood, ya know...

He also knew the fight could be stopped after the 4th round if the cut got worse. But he made me a fan of him after that fight. I'm not going crazy like some people are. But you have to give him props after a performance like that.

Valero is a warrior. Warriors don't run away from a fight because of a teaspoon of blood.

All that damn blood and brain fluid was just weighing him down.
