Arum did more or less start up a smear campaign against Floyd and it seems to have worked.

He did become that man, but Margarito lost one fight after that.

As Arum how can you low ball Floyd? You offer him less money for fighting in house, than he would for leaving and seeking Oscar. That's a no-brainer decision to leave. Now for him he's making more money than he ever did under Arum

I don't know who started it but I've seen the video on Youtube where Margarito punked Mayweather and Mayweather almost had a heart attack. Mayweather was so nervous and stuttering he couldn't even do a simple interview afterward. I thought he had seen a ghost.
