i would love to see that fight, and will root for the underdog Morales...

i know its a long shot, and probably Erik will taste his first ever KO defeat, but don't you think EM really have huevos of stone to face CHICO and learn to like the man ...

Crazy statement, Morales would punk Chico, and I hope maybe we'll get to see it, this would be a fight I wouldn't mind seeing.

Kid.....If you put Morales in with Castillo, you'd see man vs. boy. Castillo would absolutely murder Morales.
Guess what ? Corrales went toe-to-toe with the BAD-ASS & gave us as great a fight as we've ever seen....& he won !

Morales would get killed by both of the guys who fought this past weekend. They are too big, way too powerful, & too good for the guy who was beaten by Marco Antonio Barrera within this last year.

Those giving Morales a chance against Corrales are asking too much of him, & looking to get him hurt.

I am not really giving him a chance, but I am still rooting for him...

I want to see how Erik will react, figthing a bigger man, he was almost always the bigger man when he fights, for sure he won't go toe to toe with these guys and use his boxing skilss more and would avoid getting really hurt maybe koed but not really hurt...

Id love to see this fight. I think Morales is being underestimated and Corrales overestimated. Morales will stand better chance against Castillo. I mean give the guy a chance, he has afterall defeated everyone who entered the ring with him.

Hes too small for SFW anyways, he had to strip to make weight.

its a long shot but i think morales likes being an underdog look what happen with pacman but all of a sudden hes a nobody when he gets beat a blown up 126 right? **** regardless if morales fights corrales hes my hero haha hes already my hero.

If Morales wants to put himself up there with JCC and Sanchez then he would take this fight. If he beats Corrales then he's a legend.

Morales has superior boxing ability to JLC and even chin IMO. We've never seen Erik in with such a devastating puncher however. Pacquiao could definitely crack and had good power but Corrales is just different.

I'd give Erik a shot to outpoint him over 12 but I don't know if he'd be able to avoid eating the huge punches. 135 and Corrales may just be too much for him.

Erik wouldn't be too bad stylistically though because he's tall and rangy. He can also fight from the outside very well (so can Corrales though). Morales has enough pop at 135 to command Corrales' attention I bet, but not enough to seriously hurt him or anything.

Morales is already a legend one of the baddest fighters to come from mexico. I think morales could knock corrales down.... seriously but corrales recovers quick its like the most amazing thing I ever seen lol 2 knockdowns takes 60 seconds comes back to win the fitht.

I don't think Morales should move up to fight, but let them scrap at a catch weight in between. 132.5 sounds good to me!
