It is a tough one because they faced different opposition. I'm guessing Dirrell has a good chance if he fights a smart fight and doesn't get careless. But Abraham has more champioship experiance and wil definately test Andre's heart.

Dirrell will win by a land slide... I got a 100k on Dirrell if there's any takers out there...

      1. Abraham is flat footed
      2. He starts way to slow to fight Dirrell, a fighter who's consistent all 12 rounds
      3. Abraham throws way to wide to be fight Dirrell; a counter puncer
      4. Dirrell speed is gonna give Abraham some serious problems
      5. There's been reports coming out that Abraham hasn't even been taking the fight seriously, missing training sessions as well

This doesn't deny that Dirrell is going to spend the entire fight moving side to side and occasionally throwing a jab onto Abrahams gloves.

There's no way he wins a decision like that. *especially in front of a pro-Armenian crowd that are going to be oooing after every Abraham flurry, landing or not.

And Abraham's wide body shots are going to be very effective when he gets Dirrell into a corner. Even when Dirrell moves successfully he'll still get connected on.

Abraham by decision or late TKO. He has a lot more defense than Froch, along with more skill and he has power too. I think Dirrell needs a bit more experience. He shouldn't have been put in the Super Six. In a few years I'd pick him to beat all of them by UD though.

Logically Abraham should but I'm picking Dirrell, if he manages to put all his attributes together he can win this fight, I'm basing my pick on faith more than anything.

I disagree with you. He arguable beat Froch, and I think he'll be Ward's toughest fight in the tourney.

But he still looked like an amateur in that fight, whether he appeared to outpoint him or not. His only response to Froch's brawling techniques were bear hugs. But I do agree, style wise he's Ward's worst nightmare.

Well yeah he did beat Froch and if Froch didn't have a good chin he might have knocked him out with some of those huge punches he got through towards the later rounds.

The only punches Froch landed were back of the head shots when Dirrell was tying him up. But Abraham hits from a lot of angles in rapid, controlled flurries. The angles he punches from make him unpredictable, difficult to read. And Abraham has a decent, but powerful inside game as well.
