Hopkins and Mosley are almost neck to neck. Neither has had a good fight in a long time (the Margo and Pavlik fights happened a while ago). Although the Margo performance was more impressive in my opinion because he was considered the #1 welterweight. Pavlik was considered the #1 middleweight, not light heavyweight. He had to go up two weight classes for that bout. Therefore I'd put Mosley ahead of him.

As for JMM, he was impressive at lightweight but come on, you can't ignore the Mayweather loss, mismatch or not. At least he's still in the top 5. But after the Khan fight he's gonna be off the list for good sadly. He's just too old and bloated up right now.

So basically, the top 5 order is good in my opinion. I'm interested to see how #1 and #2 will be after Pacquiao-Clottey and Mayweather-Mosley. If Pacquiao doesn't KO Clottey and gives up at least 4 rounds and Mayweather puts on another boxing clinic, there's no telling how the order would be.
