I Dont know but it seems, and this is only speculation, that Margarito may run into a roadblock trying to get is license back without going through CA. Only reason i say this is cause of the sudden change for the card of Clottey/pac. I just wonder if he (arum) heard somthing that wasnt to promising on the issue of marg getting licensed. anyone heard anything diiferent that might be from texas?
