They look fast due to his opponents, but guys like pac and mayweather will be put him to the punch. Valero has great potential but he needs to tune up and refine his game before they rush him to a guy like Bradley, Pac, or mayweather.
If hes gonna jump to 140 I say put him in with Nate Campbell, see if he can finish the job Timothy Bradley started, that wouldnt be too dangerous for Valero but it is a live opponent.
