yeah he cause he got knocked out once when he was under 19 and the other time he was clearly very weight drained since he moved up 10 pounds after the fight.

Im sure Clottey will give a great Headbutt in the fight since Pac is shorter it may be easier. Pac should set a demand to Clottey if he headbutts 10-Mil penalty ...

but he cant make that demand because he has to follow the rules of the commission. otherwise if clottey agreed to such a demand it would be like giving the first two rounds of the fight to pac. LOL
