    Valero downplaying

Why all the Valero hate/downplaying? The guy is a champion and is doing great so far. Limited opposition? Well clearly the guy wants to prove himself and believes in himself but can't fight big names due to his medical clearance. So why all the hate about limited opposition? The guy can't get cleared it's not his fault. Now I'm not nuthugging although I am a fan of his but fair is fair the guy definitely has skills and needs to be polished up. He is entertaining and has heart. I still can't figure out what's the hate against this guy? I mean I would like to hear others opinions on why people are constantly trying to shi on him. Seriously, I just can't figure it out. Thoughts?

I like him.He really imporessed me to a degree last night.

Part of the hate is because he has some terrible nuthuggers who think he is God.The questionable opposition also comes into play.
Off topic but part of him not fighting in America is because he didn't get a visa when there were reports saying he would be licensed. He didn't get a visa because he didn't get to court for a DUI case.
As a fighter before last night alos he looked terribly flawed.Obviously he still is but he looked improved last night, career best performance. Can't wait to see him next.

Yeah I agree people believe he's the next best thing since nutella spread (which is crack btw) but he's definitely improved since before ad it looks to me like he has the heart to try and be as good as he can be. Yeah, his personal issues/domestic issues have cast a shadow over him but that aside, as a fighter he's definitely good. I think people are put off by him a lot due to his ****iness/arrrogance but let's be honest all good/great fighters have to believe in themselves to that degree. And he is humble it's not like he's some tyrant. Ehh....that's what I believe anyway.

I've been vocal in not being convinced by Valero on this site in the past, and I'm starting to eat my words. He looked great last night against someone who I feel was a very worthy opponent.

In fact I seem to have been calling everything wrong lately, so whatever I say from now on, the opposite is probably true

Yeah, he's good but honestly I believe the biggest knock on him is his ego. But his performance last night definitely shows his humility to an extent as well considering he looked like he was extremely well conditioned and his skill definitely improved so even with his ego he concedes that he's still learning. What definitely impressed me though is that after the fight during the interview he replied "yes this was my best performance so far thanks." That's cool considering he could've easily replied in some arrogant fashion.
