I'm a pac fan and Pinoy but that is clearly conjectures and opinions with some truths with a different spin on it. There are no quotes or fact to back up that they paid a step aside money for Berto. That is probable but with the absence of any proofs, it should be treated as an opinion. Otherwise, we would be doing the same thing that Floyd sr is doing. Accusing without facts. Let it go. The best we can hope for is that they settle their disagreement by the end of the year so we can have the fight we have been craving for.

The commission didn't mandate the extra testing. It was Floyd's idea. Pac refused. Period. Both have new fights to focus on for now.

                Talk about biased.
What it comes down to is Mayweather is now fighting a Shane who would have a good chance of beating Manny or Floyd.
While Manny fights Clottey which is only interesting because he is letting Clottey fight at his weight.

Now if Floyd fought Clottey, "fans" would be all over him for taking an easy fight but if Manny fought Shane without a catchweight he would be getting praise. Now thats real.

Why should they mandate something that could possibly take away from their money maker. Thats like mandating larger baseball fields so as to allow less homeruns or allowing higher baskets so as not to dunk.
They love Manny KOing fighters and making a buzz in boxing not matter how he does it.
Just like baseball turned a blind eye when players were smacking that ball out of stadiums like they were super bounce balls.
The commission didnt create those catchweights either.
