Its possible that Toney took sterioid injections into his bisep to re-build the muslce as that is common medical procedure. If that is the case no way will the WBA or NYSAC be able to call a no-contest.

When did I say that steroids make you all lean and muscular and what you call excuses are all valid points. You think the NYSAC are some kind of saints. New York probably has one of the most corrupt commissions in America. Anyway Don King will re-taliate if the NYSAC strips Toney, he wont have his fighters fight in New York anymore. King had Toney signed onto a contract before the fight, I doubt any corruption was involved to favor Ruiz.

Is there any way to mask this particular drug? What I'm thinking is that if he was using such an old steroid there might also might a nice tried and true way to cover it up.

What used to happen a lot in the old days I believe is that someone would take a steroid and the substance that covered it up and could go undetected for years, until they messed up the schedule of when they were supposed to take everything, and then the mask didn't work properly and they got caught.

certain steroids are perscribed for muscle injuries. I wonder....hmmm...Toney had a muscle tear.
