If you just seen the guy fight with those nasty cut on his forehead and still continue bullying de Marco until he quit on his stool, it seems to me that Valero is on something. I think he's using - what Roger been stating " an A side Meth"! You know that Venezuela is just a stone's throw away from Columbia where you can get what Roger was talking about.
