I'm not and I know alot of other people who aren't. Clottey is a respectable opponent and a solid win for anyone, but style wise, I'm gonna go as far as saying he'll be an easy opponent for Pacquiao. Mayweather Mosley is a more interesting match up but I'm not all for that neither.
well i am if you dont find a fight between a great fighter and a top guy from his division interesting then thats on you not every fight will be hagler hearns but this still is a good one to me

Wait, people are actually voting Pacquiao for Philippine Congress? Was there no running opponent or something? I hope he loses again.

Oh and about Clottey... he's already ****ed, seeing how his trainer couldn't get a visa. It'll be a mediocre fight. They're both distracted.

          it's pretty obvious.

IF pacquiao thinks that his win over clottey would secure his congressional seat this election.he's wrong.

For me it's a waste of time.
Clottey, like it or not, is not a draw.
If this fight doesnt get more than a million, pacquiao will again get bashed by weathers.
Floyd-Shane would at least get above 1.5 million dollar buys.or even 2.
and that's for sure.it has its ingredients for a mega-bout.

          But pacquiao-clottey?
it barely has ****es on it.
and it pretty much sound like an excuse.
with pac looking bad. whom they've said gone 2-0 against mayweather outside the ring, in which i also agree, has the best option.

and it should be to stay at rest.
          allow his body to heal.
and leave the 1.2 million buys of cotto.

there is a huge probability that pac will again have a hard beating against clottey.but i like him at 9.
So if not Clottey or Mayweather as Pacs opponent, then who should have been?

The interest is a step down from mayweather. But I'm very interested and I'm Filipino.

Clottey is a formidable opponent, just like Dos said. Don't let the Clottey-Cotto fool y'all. Have any of you seen Clottey come out of a fight with his face all f**ked up ? That's what I thought !

Clottey is world-class and clearly underestimated in this upcoming fight by some!

ok let me get this right just to make sure the haze I be smoking aint really crack or some hard ****!!!......a few months ago the WW God Cotto had to come in at 145 and defend his 147 strap against Manny and people said it was cool because Manny started out at 106 and he's a small dude, this that and the third!!......NOW he'll beat big strong WW's with ease......with no problems!!......maybe the swine flu was a joke, but this Pac flu is real!!.....Clottey is a problem for ANY dude at 147.......he's technically sound with a good offensive arsenal and a sturdy chin.......he's NEVER been dominated in a fight and NEVER stopped......got caught by a Cotto jab and went down......more from bad balance than the punch.......Manny is a southpaw.....there's 2 punches that work well against them.....str8 right and left hook......Manny's last 3 victims are BIG name fighters......but NONE of those guys could throw a good str8 right hand down the pipe......left hand dominant fighters who lived off the left hook alone!!.....no offensive arsenal to really puzzle Manny like JMM has!!!.....Clottey has the tools to puzzle Manny IMO.......this is no gimme for Pac!!

Floydstans praised Clottey before, saying he beat Cotto
now Pac told Floyd to fuck off, so they discredit Clottey
Pac-Clottey is a titlist defending against a ranked contender
                  nothing wrong with the fight
Pac-Floyd coulda been on, but Floyd ruined it with his testing stipulations
                  deal with it

It's still a good fight but this fight isn't deserving to be Pac's last fight. Pac's last fight should be a super fight that could only be done with mayweather or mosley as dance partner.
