Come on, this is getting out of hand. I can understand comparing him to JMM because he is the Ring champion while Valero is the #1 champ, but really....BERTO? MAYWEATHER? COTTO? PAC FRICKIN QUIAO? COME ON!!! The guy hasn't even been in the ring with a top tier fighter. Heck, outside of JMM there AREN'T any top tier lightweights right now. The guy hasn't even fought Katsidis yet and people are already rating him the p4p king...The guy doesn't even have defense...

Until Valero steps into the ring with a fighter like Katsidis or David Diaz (two fighters he's capable of beating, but at the same time there's a chance he can lose), there's absolutely NO reason to say he's good enough to beat p4p kings...Like seriously. You might as well say Chris Arreola will beat Muhammad Ali (actually people were saying crap like that before Klitschko schooled him).

I truly want Valero to develop into a great fighter, but we haven't seen a thing yet. Anyone can look good against bums. Just look at Andre Berto's early fights compared to the Collazo fight, which he barely won. Or look at Chris Arreola's career before V Klitschko stopped him. Until we see something more from Valero, there's absolutely no reason to say he's a top tier fighter.
