Very possible, but at the moment Mexican boxers have more championship belts then Filipinos.

Mexicans have 8 (second)
Philippines has only 4 but good for the fourth spot.

But I notice that most of the chmapionship belts tha Filipinos got come from the Mexicans so I beleive it is possible that the pinoys will start to climb up the rankings.
